Happy Thanksgiving!

I absolutely LOVE Thanksgiving! I love everything about it...the food, the PIE, the family, even the cooking! This year, we had Turkey day at our house. Ben and Cammie and kids came over, Jesse's parents, and my grandparents all came. We had such fun! I think one of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is the left overs, so I made sure we would have some! I cooked a 22 lb. turkey, we had sweet potato casserole, mashed tatoes, homemade gravy, a ham, (courtesy of Kathy), homemade cranberry salad (Kathy), stuffing, veggies, and rolls. And that was just for dinner. Our pie selection was fantastic: 1 chocolate cream (crust and all completely from scratch, and the first to go...YUM!!), 2 sour cream apple, 2 pumpkin, 1 pumpkin butter cake, and 1 cherry. We almost had a pie per person! Let's just say the left overs from dinner, AND pie, served all of us for at least 3 more meals, and then some!

So, I had so many pictures from our fun weekend that I've posted several posts, that are hopefully in order. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Now, on to Christmas!! Yay!

Ben was our designated turkey carver...he was awesome!

The table, pre-food. We had to make sure to have enough room for everything! Jer and Briggs each made everyone a place card...they were adorable!

Steve and Jer wrestling, and anxiously waiting for food!

The official kid table! These cousins are the cutest!
