Part 3?

Seriously, I just can’t get it together to catch up!  As soon as I think I’m almost there, a bunch more stuff happens!  Ahhh, life!  So fun!  On to the good stuff…

End of Tax Season Get Away

The beginning of April is pretty much NO fun around here.  Jesse’s been working a lot and starts working more, so I usually try and take off for a little while!  So, this year, I took the boys to Seattle to see my fam.  SO fun!  I love visiting my family!  We were only missing Jesse, my sister’s hubby, Jeff, and my brother Brad who is on his mission in Portugal.  All 3 grandkids were under the same roof, which was fun, and I’m sure my mom was so ready to have her house back by the time we left!  My 2 siblings still at home aren’t quite as demanding as a 2 year old, 1 year old, and baby!  Here’s our trip in pictures:

Seattle is cold in April!  But we still made it to a park one day!  Aunt Mel Mel is the best!  Steve loves her!

I actually saw a lot of my brother, who is a 16 boy…that means I was shocked at how much time he actually spent with us! Love ya Ky!
Dan was so good, and so happy!  In fact, both boys were AMAZING on both plane trips.  I was so relieved!
It wouldn’t be a week at grandma’s house with out a bath tub picture!  
We were there over Conference weekend and Easter Sunday, so in between sessions we made and decorated sugar cookies…YUM!
Steve LOVED every minute of this…and the fact that grandma has a tall enough stool!

Shaina and my mom took Steve and Jay to the park one morning (while Kyle, Mel, Dan and I went shopping).  They thought it would be fun to walk, until they realized just how short Steve’s legs are!

We also made matching PJ pants for the kiddos.  Dan was sleeping during the photo shoot though.  And poor Jay, totally freaked out by Steve!Steve is still talking about taking pictures of his dino jammies with no shirt on!
