Brown Family Vacation!

The first week of August was packed full of Brown family fun!  Friday, we flew into Seattle and stayed the weekend with my parents.  Brad and Dani got there Saturday and on Monday we all drove to Lake Entiat in Wenatchee, WA.  Shaina and Jeff and their kids met us at the house and we spent the week right on the lake, boating, wake boarding, tubing and skiing.  Not to mention eating a lot, playing lots of games, and passing around a stomach bug!  It was super fun (minus the puking), and good to all be together.  (Warning: TONS OF PICTURES!!)

Kyle rocked EVERYTHING this year!  He kicked serious butt on the wake board!

Jesse did too!  He was loving every minute of wake board time!

Even Mel got up on the wake board…but I did not!  I swear everyone is crazy when they tell me it’s SO easy to get up on a wake board!  I don’t get it!

The water at this lake was FREEZING!  So my goal was to keep my hair as dry as possible.  I did pretty good!  Although I did have a few brutal wipe outs!  And that meant my hair got wet!

Mel got up on one ski!!  And can seriously ski FOREVER!  Her legs seriously never gave out!  I am weak!

Dani is now an official Brown!  She got up on one ski and loved it!  She also totally rocked the wake board.

Eventually I bribed convinced Steve to go tubing all by himself.  I let him have soda for dinner and he was sold!  Every time we went out on the boat he would ask if he could go on the tube for some soda!

Captain of the boat…well part time captain, this year Brad did a lot of the driving!  And the girls did a lot of the cooking!  The kids are taking over!

Dan totally attached himself to uncle Brad…this is why!

Steve and I went together again, and went fast this time!  Steve loved it and even did it fast by himself after!
