January was a month filled with UFC fights, 3 to be exact! That's 3 Saturday nights of a bunch of men watching a bunch of other men beat the living daylights out of each other. One of those nights I accompanied Jesse to this lovely event, and the second fight Cammie and I chaperoned a Youth Conference and Youth Dance (way fun by the way!). And since there was still yet another one in the same month, we decided it was time for some girl time! So, we ditched the kids on the hubbies last Saturday afternoon and headed off to St. Louis for some shopping and Cheesecake Factory! (YUM!) Of course we had to be back in time for Ben and Jesse to go watch the fight...but it was well worth it! Our friend Jessica ditched her kids on her mom and the three of us had a blast getting lost (because I swore I could get us there since I'd been there once before!) shopping, and eating cheesecake! We even discovered an awesome $1 jewelry store that was pretty much heaven! By the time we had to leave, so as not to upset the UFC routine, we decided we needed more and would have to repeat again soon! You girls rock!

EMILY!!! I love the pic of us and want to eat more cheesecake!!! Can we include that (at least the cheesecake part) again on our next Girls night in 2 weeks- Can you tell I'm excited? See you sister~
