The Rest of Our Trip

My family was all together just for the weekend of Brad’s wedding.  So, on Sunday we moved in with our friends the Smiths for a week!  We had so much fun!  Salt Lake City is a fun city, especially with good friends!  We walked around Temple Square, swam at a really cool and fun pool twice, went into the mountains and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows, did a date night, ate Café Rio twice, ate In n Out twice, went to a really fun park, Jesse and Jake played lots of video games, the grown ups all played lots of a card game called Hand and Foot (super fun!), Amber and I went shopping at Ikea and Down East!!! and we had a super good time!  Thanks Jake and Amber for having us!

Abbie and Stevie are quite the pair!  They were hugging all over each other without us even telling them to!  I think Amber and I each took 50 pictures of these two hugging in front of the temple!

While we were gone, the missionaries stayed at our house.  One of them is quite the artist!  This is the first thing we saw when we came home…Steve couldn’t believe one of the missionaries drew the temple! And it was so cool that we had just been to this exact temple!

We had such a great trip!  We love the Smiths and look forward to the fun we can get into next summer!  Thanks again friends!
