This is my FAVORITE time of year! The weather, the food, the treats, the holidays! This year we decided to not go to a pumpkin patch, like we have the past several years, and instead carve pumpkins together as a big family! This was seriously SO fun! I’m thinking we’ve started a new tradition! We did it at Jesse’s parents house outside. It was a PERFECT day! Everyone really got into carving, even busting out power tools (totally Ben’s idea!)!! Here’s our day (be prepared for a TON of pictures!)…

I got 4 pumpkins for our family (1 for each of us) and Jesse carved his and mine, and I took over the kids pumpkins! 
Jer didn’t need much help though! 
The Blackburns with their finished pumpkins! Charlie carved Beau’s pumpkin in 5 minutes or less, thanks to the power tools! 
The girls carved matching pumpkins! They didn’t even know they were doing the same one until after they had started carving!
